So I was supposed to be home to work on Wendsday this week but I couldn't leave. I called in gone. Didn't even try to pretend I was sick.
This is Anabelle Reynolds. She lights me up. The other night she fell asleep on my chest as I was laying on the couch holding her. There is something eternal about holding a new baby in your arms. There are few feelings better than this. I never get use to this feeling even though I have 13 nieces and nephews. I look forward to the day I will hold my own child in my arms. I can only imagine how that feels.
